Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

• Selected European countries
• USA & Canada
• Japan & South Korea

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and are as follows:

• Germany: From €4.90 per order
• Europe (EU countries): From €12.90
• USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea: From €19.90
• Free Shipping: on orders over €100 within Germany

Delivery Times

We ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 2–8 business days
• USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea: 10–21 business days

Please note that there is no shipping on Sundays or public holidays. During high-demand periods (e.g., product drops or sales), delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Provider

We ship with DHL or Hermes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can check your shipment status online at any time.

Customs and Import Fees

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
