Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the domains www.drawn2lyfe.de and www.d2lyfe.com operated by Drawn2Lyfe (Owner: Ahmed Ameen). Any conflicting terms by the customer will not be accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract

  • The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
  • By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart.
  • You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email after submitting your order (this does not constitute acceptance).
  • The contract is concluded when we confirm the shipment by email or dispatch the goods.

4. Storage of Contract Text

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can view the Terms and Conditions at any time on our website.

5. Prices and Tax Information

All prices are final prices in EUR.
In accordance with the Small Business Regulation (§19 UStG), no VAT is charged.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Germany, the EU, as well as to Japan and South Korea.
Delivery time: 2–7 business days within Germany, 7–14 business days internationally (unless otherwise stated).
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. For details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Additional customs duties, fees, or taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Shopify Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and any other options shown during checkout. Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 30 days.

10. Returns

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Customized or used products are excluded from return.

11. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

12. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

13. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive the protection granted by mandatory laws of the country of their habitual residence.
